GARIBALDI HOUSE REVITALIZATION
THE ECLECTIC THREE-STORY HISTORIC BUILDING AT NUMBER 4 AT GARIBALDI STREET IS LOCATED ON AN UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE PROTECTED AREA.
WE PREPARED THE BUILDING PERMISSION DOCUMENTATION OF THE EMPTY, DETERIORATED BUILDING IN 1999 WITH ROOFTOP GLAZED COURTYARD AND BUILT IN ATTIC FLOOR. IN THIS WAY THE FAITHFUL HISTORICAL HANGING BALCONY SYSTEM WAS REHABILITATED, FOR MOSTLY OFFICE FUNCTIONS. HAVING THE BUILDING PERMIT WHICH WAS ISSUED IN 2000 BY THE BUILDING AUTHORITY OUR CLIENT SOLD THE PROPERTY. THE NEW OWNER COMPLETED THE BUILDING IN 2008 IMPLEMENTING LUXURY FLATS PREDOMINANTLY.
